Pros
Coworkers/Peers. Wonderful good people, talented people. Co-workers are united in our misery working for Papa Fiserv. When you get here, you will probably want to be optimistic and not listen to all the grumbling about management. It won't be long until you sound like the rest of us, no matter how optimistic you are when you start out.
Cons
Management. Why invest in qualified management that can provide quality or efficiencies? They will just want competitive salaries and then be dissatisfied when they realize they are just babysitting for papa fiserv (detached corporate management that has never been seen by most of us). In my 30 + years in the workforce I've never witnessed such dysfunction. It is sad. Wonderful good smart and hard working people become defeated and beat down and degraded and stressed beyond bearable limits. It is a hot mess.
