Textbook Toxic Environment - Director Fiserv Employee Review

Horrible environment. Too concerned with butts in seats vs a job well done as they go to the point of tracking employees movement in and out of the building. Managers unable to make decisions that drive positive change. Everything is reactive instead of taking a proactive approach and you are endlessly micromanaged. Gaslighting at the highest level because LinkedIn posts and rah rah emails try to cloud the true reality. Don’t fall for it!
