Confused about some upper management decisions.... seems to punish for a job well done. Case in point... Frank was recently giving the company accolades for an excellent 1st quarter with very good earnings. But instead of a reward for a job well done seems like we were punished by removing our work from home days. When Frank was asked why this was done after such an excellent quarter he basically started talking about McDonald's and how we would serve the client better. This doesn't seem to make sense because most of the information technology associates have no direct interaction with the client at all. And most collaborative efforts internally are always via teams meetings since we are all spread across the globe. Which seems to mean that sitting in a desk in a building makes absolutely no difference as compared to sitting in a desk at home. Many folks in the company think this is just about all of the money Frank has just invested in a new building in New Jersey and now because he has to put some people in it we all have had our WFH days taken.
OUR YEARLY BONUSES WERE ALSO TAKEN!!!
