Pros
There's a pretty big cohort of Analysts you onboard with. The HR people are nice and they help you with any questions you have. There is also a lot of exposure to senior management.
Cons
The Analyst Program isn't comparable with other big companies in terms of learning and pay. It's completely unstructured and there's no real training or networking events. I would recommend any recent graduate to consider any other opportunities or else you will be looking for a new role <6 months in.
