- Mangers are very supportive - Good learning platforms and webinars - For hard work and good deliveries you get appreciation as well. - Employee care/wellbeing and policies are good. - WFH til covid, very helping, understanding, and supportive attitude during covid. - Overall employee culture is good. - If you have good ratings and you have good dependencies then you will get appraisals.
Cons
- Management above managers is a bit aggressive. - Some projects have higher pressure. - Many of the products/projects are on Older technologies and legacy products. - Sapience was one of the issues when WFH, now it's removed. - Even with your good rating management decides not to give higher designations. But management wants you to work more which is more than your designations. - No Onsite opportunities. - Leads and SME peoples keep most of the knowledge with themselves, they share less as to maintain their dependencies and credits with them. - No HR connect.
