Pros
Very little, used to be a great place to work until Fiserv merged with First Data. Plenty of work, strong stock. Most coworkers across departments are willing to help.
Cons
Company culture went from collaborative, purpose driven and technically advanced to dictatorship, Chaotic, and develop on low budget. Executive leadership does not care about workers thoughts or well being. Leadership taken over by First Data which was a failing company.
