Pros
Non-Management staff is great!! Medical benefits were very good.
Cons
Upper Management rules the roost with a focus on demeaning and bullying non-management staff. Mid-to Lower Management needs training in people skills and operations. Cuts in HR means that most sites no longer have an on-site HR rep. Horrific Communication. Corporate Culture lacks values and "team" spirit. Low pay. Fiserv took full advantage of the economic crisis by cutting back on salary increases. In addition, they laid off about 1/3 of staff to outsource to India and Costa Rica. Yes. Earnings increased for Fiserv, but the flip side is that it is due to domestic lay-offs and outsourcing.
