Pros
Regular paycheck, location is good, never bored. Met some really good, talented people who are trying to do their jobs the best way they can.
Cons
Have been at Fiserv for several months and still not sure I made the right decision to work here. As a newer employee, I was shocked to see how little actual training or guidance I received. Pretty much had to fend for myself as the current employees were too scared to talk too much as to be perceived as goofing off or socializing. Had to order my own hardware and supplies to do my job, still don't have access to the applications I need to do my job properly. Management seems to jump everytime someone higher up has a bad day or something. Continually getting mixed messages about what I'm supposed to be doing. Don't understand how I could have a mid-year review after being with the company for 2 months, but it was required. Management and bogus edicts seem to get in the way of getting the job done. I'm surprised at the number of current employees I know who are looking for positions elsewhere. Maybe I should to the same.
