You are nothing but 'butts in seats' that's a quote. Micromanaging, work overload due to huge turnover. 'Management' at every level, does not care about it's employees. Gaslighting, lies, hypocrisy, at every level you have to put up with it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I've watched people leave due to the disrespect and stress. But if you stay, no matter how long, they'll fire you. During the holidays and when you're an 'older' employee. A nightmare.
