Great leaders in HR upto 2024. HR was a strategic partner and not an order taker There was a lot of value that India had in the eyes of Global leaders
Cons
The new HR leaders are more order takers, lack strategic and HR depth and are very political. They also do not have the kind of influence and reach their predecessors had.
