      Training used to be good. It’s gotten worse as they’ve grown. But they still try be there. Great main building looking over the ocean. And good not great benefits

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
