Pros
FirstKey Homes has a great culture that celebrates Uniqueness and encorages Keypers to bring their whole selfs to work. I Love the people I work with and the fact that we are all encouraged to give back to our communities. There are endless resources for self development and access to many self-growth tools.
Cons
This is a Pro to me but I think to some it may be a Con. FirstKey Homes is very fast-paced and although we are continuously encouraged to have work-life balance we do work hard when we are working. It is a demanding fast-paced work environment that comes along with a fast-growing company.
