I am sorry to hear about some of the issues you encountered while working at FirstKey Homes. We have undergone a lot of changes over the course of the last 6 months since you left, many of which were to work on issues that needed resolution in order to become better. And we have become better and will continue to grow towards what we view as a very bright future.
