Great concept - Vice President FirstElement Fuel Employee Review

Everyone, for the majority, is friendly. You can pretty much talk to anyone and have long conversations with employees. The company shows its appreciation for their employees and provides them with great benefits. It's a great environment to work in.

There's not one area I disliked regarding working for this company.

Company paid benefits are nice.

Compensation is weak and merit increases are essentially non-existent.
