Pros
It was pretty interesting to be a part of a company that is promoting hydrogen as an alternative fuel source for vehicles. It gave a sense of purpose and mission to do your best work.
Cons
The company is still a growing startup company, which means there are a lot of growing pains and issues. Basic policies and procedures that supported the business were weak. Most of the time, management would just talk about getting things done, but never actually getting them done (i.e. don't walk the talk). Too much chaos caused low moral and low employee retention.
