      - Trainers are very well trained - Weekly Pay/Hourly Rate - Driving Experience

      Cons

      - Good luck expecting a pay at the end of the week just to not receive it. Under a very slow system, the headquarters of First Student sent out my first check the 3rd week prior to when I was put on payroll - Can not support family with part-time pay
