      Pros

      Excellent training, fantastic people, friendly environment, no complaints. Very nice place to work. Awesome place for entry level people. No nonsense at any level.

      Cons

      Tough business - drivers everywhere don't earn nearly what they should. Schools spend big money on many things and only a meager wage is the Driver afforded. No fault of First Student. It is what it is. Know this going in and you will be happy.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
