autonomy, RRSP matching, room for advancement once current manager us fired and the next person in line is thrown in to a management with no relevant experience or training/ education.
Cons
poor management structure Zero on the job training for support staff. Very good at blaming workers for incidents and not fixing systemic management issues to correct issues.
