Pros

15-20 minute drive to work

Cons

- Low pay for experienced employees - EXPENSIVE $$$ healthcare benefits - No stable schedule, you have to open 2 times a week and close 2 times a week, which is picked at random by manager, work at least 2 Saturdays a month (usually ends up being 3) and your days off are random too - Everything is outdated - Too cheap to upgrade system (it can do A LOT more, they just have the basics) - 30 min unpaid lunch - 90% of customers are senior citizens - Businesses can’t use zelle

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do appreciate your opinion, but also recognize that some of your comments are unrealistic. Whether it be this bank or any service business, the business directs the hours of operation and schedules needed that the business feels is best for their operation. If the business hours and schedules do not match the needs of the individual, it's not the responsibility of the business to make changes to accommodate the individuals - that's just not realistic. In that case, the individual needs to seek employment at a busness that does offer work hours and a schedule that best fits their needs. In addition, your comment under cons about the customers being 90% senior citizens is truly disheartening and disappointing. We believe that most of our employees respect our customers no matter what their demographic. This clearly just wasn't the opportunity for you, and we trust you have found something that better suits your needs.

Pros

New leadership has taken over in the past two years and the Banks are now making great progress with benefits, technology, and culture.

Cons

Workload is high, but to make worthwhile permanent changes, work needs to go into changing an organization this size. Sometimes days get long, but leadership supports WorkLife balance.
