Great people, friendly environment, fulfilling work.

Because this position was remote during the pandemic, communication was not perfect.

You do get some holidays off.

Maybe other management offices are different, but here everyone just seems miserable. Whenever a resident comes with any issue, big or small, the reaction is anywhere from annoyance to outright hostility. There is no advocating for tenants because company policy is designed against them as well. Rent is raised arbitrarily via an algorithm without any care or human oversight, but the company is more than happy to squeeze more money out of places like BHA and Metro. Workers will mock residents for not being able to afford the rent. Don't work here if you value empathy or basic decency towards others.
