Pros
Very attractive benefits and challenging, exciting work opportunities. Beautiful campus. Lots of activities that mix up the staff from various departments. Great network of clients and partners and sound principles. Some employee directed giving and charitable volunteering strongly encouraged.
Cons
No ESOP is offset by extremely favorable retirement benefits otherwise. Very small employee base and longevity of senior employees means room for improvement concerning training, on boarding, and some conventional wisdom goes left unsaid. Salary compensation is below market average. Corporate tithe in effect at 10% of revenues given away primarily to faith based organizations. Aggressive scheduling and deadlines in some departments but very routine pace in others. There are a few sacred cows.
