      Pros

      I love working for FRFS. It's a challenging and rewarding career. The company has lots of perks to working for them and takes pride in it's employees. Upper management is great and has an open door policy. Management actually listens to their employee's and is consistently working to ensure FRFS is a great place to work.

      Cons

      It can get stressful trying to meet deadlines sometimes.

      Cons

      CEO is terrible. Overall management is the worst I have ever experienced. Clients are starting to see the faults in the process. You can flaunt all you want at these conferences but we all see you. Large egos, scared of women with more knowledge than you. Your time is ticking.
