Pros
Reliable pay, bonus and discounted paper products
Cons
Toxic, angry, arrogant work environment and you will constantly walk through land mines everyday. Very unhappy coworkers in all departments which is difficult to maintain mental wellness. The RD female executive screamed at me several times to drop everything I was in the middle of and address her demands, avoid her or do not work in diaper products. Witnessed several finance persons berated by a tenured cruel male. Logistics department is non existent and works below industry standards. After waiting weeks, he still could not calculate basic freight estimates to prepare capital estimate. Project management team in Philly does not follow basic PMP standards and practices. Reports are inaccurate, incomplete, undocumented and hard to follow; there are no defined processes and they don’t respond to email. Raw material supply chain analyst is very confrontational and provides unsubstantiated and incomplete information which makes calculating project very difficult. All of this makes daily and simple routines very challenging and stressful. Blame game is everywhere and no one cares. If you have thick skin and need to gain more experience, spend a year or two but do not linger. Carefully (!!!) consider relocating for this company, so many people regret it, even with their generous relo package.
