Leadership appears disorganized and often ineffective, with an unsettling trend toward “empire building” even within regional teams. There’s a clear disconnect between the stated mission of serving communities and the actual decisions made at the top. Unfortunately, personal ambitions seem to trump the organization’s goals, creating a culture where power plays are prioritized over real impact. Another frustrating aspect is the inconsistency in educational requirements. While a master’s degree is a strict requirement for many managerial roles, recent leadership hires (Vice President Roles) with only undergraduate degrees raise questions about transparency and standards……. Overall, there’s an atmosphere of dysfunction and inconsistency. It’s disheartening to see an organization that could do so much more but is held back by poor management and a lack of cohesive vision. This place has potential, but leadership needs a serious overhaul for it to truly serve its intended purpose.
