      Pros

      Some cool people, okay snacks, decent building.

      Cons

      Pay is low, raises are horrendous, management (all levels) is terrible, taking away all WFH benefits, cheap company, company does not listen to employees, PTO isn’t great, no separate sick time.

      Good business values, unique business plan (online mostly), good benefits, good communication, regular business status updates, some remote roles.

      Cons

      Some medications are not covered, working to be more of an in office business with occasion remote role options.
