The company itself is just mis-managed and people are wrongfully promoted. Too many cliques and not enough professionalism is ruining this companies reputation, not only with their many former employees, but with their clientele as well. I have encountered so much negativity being spoken about others for no other reason than one person in management just not liking them, and when asked why, they have no other reason than they just don't think they fit in; meanwhile, that person is professional, and good at their job, but once one person didn't think they fit in with their group, they found a reason to let them go. Initially, I thought that the company was professional, judging only by the beautiful office building and the suits and ties, but eventually everyone begins to see how opposite from professional it really is.
