Great work/life balance. 401k matching plus profit sharing will help your retirement quickly climb. Company paid lunch.

John Arnhold is no longer with the company Glassdoor needs to update. Mr Arnhold made the company what it is, after the Blackstone deal , Mr Arnhold was pushed out and the culture, atmosphere and company changed drastically for the worse. Base salary is below market Hard work is not recognized and reward Poor management Limited growth opportunities

Free lunch, reasonable work-life balance, and there are some decent people there.

Cons

The company has a more traditional style and has been around for a long time. My experience has been that the role was not aligned with my expectations, and it was not the right fit. Future joiners may want to ask detailed questions about responsibilities, reporting lines, decision-making processes, and success metrics before joining.
