Good Compensation but when you are off project, you get threatened to be made redundant
Cons
Horrible Internal Culture. Epam merger brought company down. Management panicking and layoffs started for cost cutting. A lot of graduates onboarded so they can cash out selling them as consultants. They keep promoting internal staff, no rewards for hardworking Senior Consultants literally bringing them business
