Wonderful Family-Like Atmosphere - Patient Care Coordinator First Day Homecare Employee Review

First Day Homecare has been a great place to work. The onboarding process was quick, easy, and thorough. The office staff of very friendly and helpful. I really love that I can make my own schedule. Working one on one with the patient and their family has been so rewarding, especially coming from the hustle of the hospital setting.

Haven’t come across any cons.

At First Day, there is support at every corner when you need it. No such thing as too many questions! Being able to play a part in a company whose core values are near and dear to my heart, means more than anything. Helping get nurses into the homes of medically complex children, so they are able to be home and spend time with their families NOT in a hospital setting, and seeing the first-hand affects of that is life changing, you learn your purpose in this work and what you want to do with life. The positive work environment makes an astronomical difference in comparison to previous employers. My first day at First Day Homecare 2 years ago, was truly the First Day of better days.

There is nothing negative I have to say about First Day. There is nothing I would change about my co-workers, or our wonderful employees who work so hard everyday in the homes of medically complexed children.
