Pros

- great pay and benefits - close knit and friendly coworkers - good lower level management that listen - career growth opportunities - training is above average and questions are always welcome - pay and benefits are above average for industry at a lower level positions - treated with respect and managers have your back most of the time

Cons

- top heavy organization - upper management seems clueless to branch activities - IT infrastructure is very out dated - no warning for huge promotions or updates/front staff left out of loop - no time given for training courses that are required and time based - loss of company identity

Pros

First Credit Union is truly one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. From day one, you feel welcomed and valued as a part of a team that genuinely cares about its employees, members, and the broader community. The company’s commitment to its values as a certified B Corp is inspiring—they walk the talk when it comes to sustainability, social responsibility, and making a positive impact. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and supportive. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there are plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. The work itself is meaningful, and it’s rewarding to know that you’re contributing to a mission focused on building healthy, thriving communities. On top of that, First Credit Union really prioritizes work-life balance. They offer great benefits, flexible schedules, and genuinely encourage employees to take care of themselves.

Cons

None that come to mind!

Pros

Lots of room for improvement, support education/growth, competitive compensation. Helps local communities, and does a lot of good in the world in general!

Cons

They expect too much from employee's at times, Some where a little too "many hats" at times.
