Worst place ever!! - Anonymous employee First Commerce Credit Union Employee Review

I thought I was going to love this place. There is so much shadiness in upper management and they fire people if they don’t like something they said. They make the job seem like a fun place but in reality it is not. They work you like a dog and don’t pay very well unless they are trying to steal you from another bank to work for them. They also may start you off on hourly to change you to salary suddenly and make you work overtime. I have been in banking for 15 years and have never seen anything like it. They also don’t let you invest in 401 k until after the 1st year then didn’t tell us we all missed our enrollment for the 2nd year.
