Pros

Fast pace, quality is most important and laboratory is well kept. Great Doctors and very helpful staff.

Cons

My only wish is that the equipment they have would be only Leica cryostats.

Pros

Workdays and hours are great. Corporate is great and so is the hiring manager and other manager locally in Jacksonville

Cons

*"Rushing through patients like a factory" as stated by a few patients about Dr. Howard who they felt they did not take the time to explain their medical diagnosis or the procedures to them as their Medical provider. *There was a lack of communication by Dr. Howard during first 30 days of employment. *I was excluded from multiple happy hours and spoken badly about within hearing range during my first weeks as an employee so loudly that he stated he did not care if I overheard and mentioned his treatment as a medical student to the others in that instance in his self defense. *I experienced a lack of boundaries and disrespect on two ocassions with his most favorite employee who babysits his kids. *I witnessed odd behavior by Dr. Howard to patients in the hallway the week of a mandatory training everyone had on workplace behavior and not making stereotypical comments or references. He disagreed with the control of free speech in reference of ethnicities so to prove his point, he asked a patient as he was walking into the room in Mandarin where he was from and he stated Florida, and he replied, "No way! You don't look like you're from Florida!" He explained to him that his question was in reference of the mandatory training he seemed to dislike and made comments like that multiple times at the Mandarin and Ponte Vedra locations. *Creating improper narratives of real patient interactions to suit his goal of making up or distorting facts that made me appear incompetent is unethical and unfair.
