Pros
Paid time off and other bank holidays. The ability to work remotely at times, the personal accountability of other employees made the time more tolerable.
Cons
Fosters a culture of oppression and workplace bullying. The leadership team of the mortgage division was less than stellar; did not promote personal and professional growth; immaturity of senior level managers were clearly evident and lack of people skills among management divided the department significantly.
