This company is the worst especially for African Americans. - Financial Services Representative First Citizens Bank Employee Review

The downside to working for FCB for African Americans...... This company has not changed its mentality as it relates to understanding diversity. African American people are ignored when it comes to moving up the career ladder at least in Charlotte NC although you may have applied for the position. I have talked with several of my African American colleagues and they all feel the same way and informing HR is a complete waist of time. The pay at this this company is no good compared to others. Additionally the corporate culture is very old world as well as the technology. I don’t believe that the CEO is aware of these behaviors as I stated in the pros he is a really nice gentle man!!!!
