The Columbia SC park st location is awful. The mortgage department needs new management. They do not value their employees and also treat their black employees very badly. One of the supervisors that's there is very mean and rude she always lose people on her team. She normally only have 3 people on her team because of her unethical ways. The trainer doesn't know anything about mortgage to be a trainer. She's only In her position because of who she knows. She the meanest person you can meet. She has gotten directly in multiple employees faces and yelled at them. Most people end up quitting because of the racist treatment. Also, they under pay minorities. Everyone in the mortgage division treat processors like they do not matter. The LOs are rude and unprofessional. They do not produce quality files, however you have to make a miracle happen.

Cons

No parking lot. You can't expect one at most retail positions in downtown Boston.

Pros

Great opportunity for learning and growth, and many people in the organization to learn from who are willing to help.

Cons

Over saturation of the market and unrealistic sales goals that are always changing make it difficult to set down stakes for the customers and team. Unlimited PTO leaves many managers picking up slack for multiple branches where other managers are rarely there, even when managers and team members out on medical leave.
