Pros
Small bank that is growing in technology to compete with larger banks. Most branches are feel personable and people know you by name. You build relationships with customers and help uncover resources. Receive a generous amount of PTO and I've almost always got the time I needed off approved. Quick advancement but you will plateau out unless you want a strict sales role.
Cons
Upper management is disconnected from the branch and customer base. Management focuses more on the numbers (meeting goals/making profit) versus building a brand and aiding the customer. Complaints against upper management seem to go unnoticed. Nobody to hold them accountable. I've contacted HR and the representative have multiple jobs which I think interfere with being a nonbiased party.
