      Pros

      Best placement agent for real assets and credit funds. Strong leadership and very hot in the market. Very smart people from diverse backgrounds.

      Cons

      Top heavy. There are better placement agents for junior-level employees. Don't expect a lot of formal training. Need more traditional PE product.
