Pros
If you are lucky enough to hold onto your job and not be laid off then you will get to learn in some of the projects. Benefits or okayish. That's it nothing more
Cons
Oh boy where to begin!!! I would have given 0 star. Micromanagement, worst managers, no job security, worst work life balance., no boundaries. If they said they have grate place to work certification and job security please don't believe them, recently only they laid off so many employees and that too planned it in such a way that they conducted the gptw surveys a week or so before layoff so that they could get the certification. Some of the managers don't have any boundaries they will call you no matter what the time is. Within a short span I had seen more than 15 people leave from some of the teams in the org. They even laid off freshers Without even letting them complete 2 years or the bond period of 3 years. The managers always have a dialogue we are like a family, we should work like a family blah blah but when it comes to saving money there is no we or family they just save their jobs by letting rest of the employees go. Join at your own risk, even if you join please remember it's a job don't fall for their sweet talking, take care of you as well as your actual family, because the company is not worth more than 8 hrs of work you gotta put in everyday.
