Pros
If you work hard, you can make some good money. I like that the company provides the option for sales people to receive up to 50% of the Commission once the loan is approved and construction starts, and the other 50% could paid when the home closes. The company does a very good job rewarding its sales people for performance. Company events and celebrations are very good. Additionally, the floor plan layouts and designs of the homes are very nice.
Cons
From what I have seen and heard from others, the Turnover of sales people is higher than anything I have ever seen. Management makes very rash decisions when it comes to firing sales people. They are cut throat when it comes to laying off sales people as a matter of fact. While working there , at the location where I worked, Construction crew turnover was very high, and it caused major delays. Contractors complained of slow and low pay.
