      Pros

      Offered employment so I could pay my bills; sue of the most intelligent people in the industry work (or worked) there.

      Cons

      No work/life balance; unrealistic expectations of employees; public bullying and shaming if current and previous employees; unfair payment - no commissions paid for month's earned; would not pay overtime but expected employees to work nights and weekends with no pay.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
