Micromanagement, complete cheating system! No real work-life balance, have to work on weekends and no paid OT. CEO has no manner and rude to employees. Hard to maintain good employees.

- Good and Friendly Colleagues

- Have a CEO that will worsen the working environment
- Asking developers to complete his task first causing other projects not able to meet the deadline as all developers were forced to do his task
- The funny part is that when a project fails to meet the deadline, he push out the responsibility to the PMs but the reason is he always take all the developers away, causing no one to fix the other problems
- There will be no work life balance here (including interns)
