Pros
Great people and often times a lot of fun events to attend.
Cons
The work is very repetitive, whatever role or project you get assigned to will be very difficult to move out of. There is limited support for professional advancement as management would prefer to just hire those that are already qualified then to help their employees grow. Raises are handed out very sparingly and the 401(k) match is low at max of 1 percent of your salary. There is often times a lot of talk about management putting people first, and that money is limited, but the future will hold better wages. All while that is being said a great deal of money is spent on things to make the company look successful (flashy building, etc) instead of improving employee wages and benefits.
