Pros
I like most of the people I work with. The flexibility is nice. I've learned a lot in my time at Firespring, and have been encouraged to perfect certain skills.
Cons
The pay is a joke. Firespring does not keep up with even local competition in terms of salary or benefits. The leadership team makes decisions that impact the employees negatively, and because the new CEO is not good at leading meetings, it doesn't get explained in a way that builds confidence that they know what they're doing. It is a boys club, and it is very apparent that women do not get the same considerations as men on the team.
