      family friendly. OK benefits. close to public transportation.

      Cons

      Management has favorites and if you are not one of them, good luck, to the point that it is almost comical. If you dare speak up, you will feel the wrath. If you can show up and shut up, then this is your kind of place. Nothing will ever change because all of management are owners.

      Pros

      -Great mile program, takes care of miles -Pay -Get to see lovely homes and meet awesome people -worked with part time scheduled

      Cons

      -Family dynamic of owner interfered with business -No benefits other than having a drink after work -Extremely stressful environment stemming from owner's put down of team member and erratic mood swings. -Owner very sour about customer's behind their backs
