      Executives have no idea how the front line works. More Goals, less pay. The senior managers say there is a open day policy, which is used against you.

      Well-organized and thought out interview, onboarding and training processes. You will immediately feel you have support and given relevant information from day one. From the first interaction you are met with positivity and professionalism.

      Full remote work, Competitive benefits, Most Coworkers were very social, capable and kind.

      Cons

      Sales tracking. even though this is displayed as a "service" role. The numbers of referrals and sold products is heavily tracked. "blackout" vacation periods, and slow to approve or deny vacation requests
