      There used to be a good location of the office, coffee and snacks

      Cons

      Dodgy names for legal entities when employing staff in Belarus (not Firebird), lack of original product (3rd party booking that can be easily done by the clients themselves), constant pushing for bringing in more money. If you do not sell enough one month, they do not care about your track record, you will be let go straight away. Got a feeling that you are just a number to the company

      Company have a great vision and product, which it continue driving forward over all 10+ years that I'm working here

      it can be hard to meet or coordinate with all engaged parties in live mode due to multiple locations

      There isn't any. What a rathole. Work/life balance - 100% work, forget all about life.

      Cons

      Wish I'd never accepted a job offer from this rathole. Work overtime, lie to customers, bleed them white, get yelled at, and what not. Any idea what is the most used emoji in the company's group chat? It's money with wings. It says it all. Jeez, even thinking back to the time I was a part of this snakepit, makes me shudder in disgust. So glad to have put the damn thing in rear view.
