Great work environment, wonderful people to work with.
Cons
The company avoids paying workers more by spending lots of money on events and reward programs, this makes the environment more enjoyable but after awhile you'd prefer better pay.
Managers are very biased, play favoritism often. Some employees will be reprimanded for talking while working, saying its "distracted work", while other workers who are liked by management can have 5+ min conversations while not working and its accepted because they're senior workers.
