Once recruited don't expect to feel welcomed - User Acquisition Manager FireArc Employee Review

Pros

Cibus, Freefit and a wide variety of yogurt types in the fridge.

Cons

Working for FireArc is very similar to dating a narcissist (this is also a personality trait that prevails within the senior management). During the recruitment stages and beginning of your employment you will be bombarded with care and affection (flowers, candy balloons and the whole shebang). This will wear off quickly and within few weeks you'll find yourself questioning what you did wrong (nothing, you just entered the gaslighting stage) and basically that's about it. They are convinced of being the best thing that ever happened to you and believe that basically you owe them your life. Don't dream about raising your salary, they will dig up any imaginable (and in some cases unimaginable) dirt they can find to make you feel that you're the one who needs them and not the other way around. My advice is to stay clear of that place, unless you're a narcissist too - in that case it would be a match made in heaven.

Pros

Welfare conditions are normally good

Cons

After 3 months of working for FireArc, they announced on conditions worsening - change in the hybrid conditions and a downgrade in the office conditions. The worst part was the fact they presented it as an “exciting” move and because they trust us.. oh the irony. Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the employees is a fear to speak up since there were many cases where employees who spoke got hurt by it.
