We appreciate your contribution to FireArc's vibrant culture
After 3 months of working for FireArc, they announced on conditions worsening - change in the hybrid conditions and a downgrade in the office conditions. The worst part was the fact they presented it as an “exciting” move and because they trust us.. oh the irony. Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the employees is a fear to speak up since there were many cases where employees who spoke got hurt by it.
Good work–life balance.
Great team of developers.
Strong ownership of initiatives.
Cons
Weak management
Poor R&D management
Legacy technology
No direct access to end users; no user feedback
Priorities shift frequently
No feedback allowed
