Cons
Empty promises from higher up, the shops are run by corporate who has no idea about what happens at each shop. We are asked to do “customer feedback” each week with what sells, what doesn’t, what we want to see in our shop ect, and it seems like it gets thrown in the garbage. We get sent whatever excess product the warehouses have in Alberta, and often get stuck with a lot of junk. (100’s of small accessories that we haven’t sold 1 of) Customers begging for products to return, and the only places that get restocked are the larger stores in AB and ON. Since new upper management, i’ve watched Fire and Flower go from a customer experience oriented business model, to a profit model, and it’s not working
